Of course, No Plan B also features simple "kill everything that moves" missions. It's kind of unusual to not even have an attempt to apprehend suspects in a SWAT type game, but it may just be a function of the game genre. Simply put, it would be a bit hard to create a "plan everything ahead" game where you'd need to plan for tasers and handcuffs when you don't even know where any of the perps are.
Putting it all together, No Plan B is fun little game.
